Final acceptance rests with the authority. Our compliance checks are built from official published specifications and are updated regularly, but the issuing agency makes the final decision on any photo. Requirements can change without notice.

Acceptance guarantee terms. If a photo that passed all of our checks is rejected by the issuing authority, we will refund your purchase in full when you send proof of rejection (screenshot or written notice from the authority) to support@passportsnap.app within 30 days of purchase. Free retakes are provided without time limit while your purchase is active.
