Terms & Refund Policy

The service. PassportSnap prepares photos to match the published specifications of identity documents. You must own the rights to photos you upload and confirm the person pictured consents to processing.

Single purchase. $6.95 covers one processed photo: the digital file, a 4×6 print sheet, and unlimited retakes of that photo. It is not a subscription.

Family Pass subscription. $3.99/month or $39/year provides unlimited photos across all supported documents for members of one household. Renews automatically via Whop until cancelled; cancel anytime from your Whop account or by emailing support@passportsnap.app. Access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-period refunds.

Refunds. If a photo that passed all checks is rejected by the issuing authority, send proof of rejection within 30 days to support@passportsnap.app for a full refund. Retakes are always free and are the intended first remedy. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime; unused months are not refunded but remain active until period end.

Acceptable use. Do not use this service to create fraudulent, altered, or misleading identity documents. We may refuse service for suspected misuse.

Liability. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected purchase. We are not liable for application fees, travel costs, or consequential losses arising from a rejected photo.
